They had to take the next non-direct flight which took more than 12 hours from Las Vegas to San Francisco, a very poor experience for them. We did not get to Phoenix until almost 3 hours after we were originally supposed to. This was the first and last time I will be flying Frontier. I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight.

When you fly with Southwest, you can trade the hot Carolina sun for milder retreats in the mountains, feel the ocean breeze, or admire a new skyline. Choose anything from bucket-list sightseeing to a relaxing getaway, then pack up your bags and prepare to make new memories. Bag drop off was slow and annoying. Only 2 agents at the entire delta desk, and no one directing traffic for what line to be in, many confused people slowed down the process. Seats in Delta comfort plus were fine.

Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. Seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi. Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation.

Passengers should not be the ones to endure bad odor for the whole duration of the flight. The airline should be e the one to ensure decent air quality for ever passenger. I hope to avoid flying with them in the future. First flight got cancelled then got stuck with a 13 hour layover in Denver. The process was long and frustrating to many people.

The entertainment system was awful — old, slow, not responsive, and completely unable to play games due to some kind of error. But on the other hand, thank you to Delta for the free WiFi. The process of buying the ticket and navigating all the hidden charges that Frontier throws at you was a terrible experience. The actual airport experience and flying was fine. Overall it was a miserable experience... I will never fly spirit for more than a 3 hour flight or overnight.

It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the locked room where it was being kept. The staff were very helpful with lots of refreshments on offer. The seats were comfortable and entertainment was good.

But wasnt offered a beverage somehow. No worries but some how I missed it. My experience is based on one crew member. I had found my seat and sat down but there was a gentleman to claimed to the flight attendant I was in his seat. She then came to me and curtly said, "I need your ticket!" No hi, no excuse me may I see your boarding pass? I was taken aback by her attitude and she repeated herself, "your ticket?!?!" I calmly responded with ok, here you go.
